Kabobs

Are you having a gathering of friends and family and want to create that perfect backyard dinner?  Kabobs can provide a great meal, are easy to make and add a great color splash to the dinner plate.  What a great way to feed the people you care about! 

  1. Cut up your choice in meats to bite size pieces.Steak, chicken or lamb are some great options here.Pre-season them however you like. I suggest:
  1. Next come the vegetables.Red, yellow and green peppers, sweet onions, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes and pineapple are wonderful choices.
  2. Stack this on pre-soaked (use water or wine) skewers to mix the vegetables and meats.  Keep in mind the color placements as you stack your goodies... mix it up to look nice.Don't pack everything too tight onto the skewer... it will cook better that way.
  3. Place the ready to cook Kabobs onto your Bull Rack perforated trays and layer them out onto the Bull Rack System.
  4. Set this into the smoker at 385 and cook till the meats are done and the vegetables are tender.
  5. Plate the Kabobs and pair with your favorite side dishes. Enjoy a job well done!
