I love to cook with my Bull Rack System. Recently I made some stuffed Portobello mushrooms. The prep was done in the kitchen using a perforated Bull Rack Tray with a drip tray underneath to keep the counters clean. If you are looking for an easy cook but real tasty eats... here you go.
Stuffed Portobello Mushrooms - Bull
Rack System
Prep Time: 30 min
Cook Time: 350 deg for 15-20 min +/-
Grill Type: Pellet Grill
Ideas to cook by:
5 washed Portobello mushrooms
1/2 c diced salami
1 farm fresh eggs
1/2 c mango bits
3/4 c cream cheese
1/2 red and yellow pepper diced
2 tbsp sweet onion bits
1 teaspoon butter, melted
1/2 tsp salt
Pepper and season to taste
Mix all the
ingredients together. .
Turn the mushrooms over and place them on your Bull Rack Tray.
Load them up with the mix ingredients. I threw some garlic on the side to cook at the same time.
Put them into the Bull Rack System and cook them at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes or so. I used the drip tray underneath the mushrooms down 2 levels... keeps the grill much cleaner that way.
Enjoy these for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Easy to make and tasty. Cook ON my friend!
