Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (exceptions are online auctions where stated return policy will be followed). We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item, etc.).  All other shipping costs will be paid by the buyer.  We require notification of any product problems before any return will be accepted or processed.  An RMA will be required to be affixed to the return lable or we may not accept delivery.

You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Returns By UPS or FED EX

Follow these steps to return your purchase:

  • Pack your return in the original package if possible.
  • Include the return label and indicate the reason for the return.
  • Include all original packing materials, manuals and accessories to avoid additional fees.

For proof of delivery, we recommend that you return items via UPS ground or FED EX.

 Returns By USPS

 Follow these steps to return your purchase by USPS:

  • Pack your return in the original package if possible.
  • Include the return label and indicate the reason for the return.
  • Include all original packing materials, manuals and accessories to avoid additional fees.

 

We require tracking to be utilized for returns.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not able to be returned including:

  • Labor, delivery and/or completed installation services
  • Digital Content (Pictures, Catalogs, Worksheets)
  • Items that have been damaged through customer use or abused
  • Non-defective, opened consumable products (pond maintenance products, used items are not returnable unless defective).

 

Shipping

We currently are shipping only to areas within the USA, but may arrange for shipping to other areas upon request.  Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

 

Items That Are Defective, Damaged in Shipping, or Incorrect

If you return an item that is defective, is not the item you ordered, or was damaged in shipping, you will receive a credit or refund upon return of the product. Please call to confirm prior to shipping anything back to us.
